To adhere to Free Me terms and conditions.
That all clients will have consented to going onto the database before they are registered onto the database
That the filling out and storage of the signed client consent form is the responsibility of the agency registering the client and this paper
Entries into the database will be confidential to your service as per the requirements of the Privacy Act.
It will be made clear to clients that this is a voluntary process.
That we understand the roles of administrator and user.
Any fault or issue with the database will be reported as soon as possible.
